At SAFEZONE DEFENDERMADE LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your wardrobe purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and hardware intact.
  • Custom or made-to-order wardrobes are not eligible for returns unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Provide your order number, reason for return or exchange, and photos if applicable.
  • Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return authorization.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • For size or style exchanges, contact us promptly to check stock.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective wardrobe, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost.
